A beautiful thatched cottage set in a select area of West Wittering and within walking distance of West Wittering “Blue Flag” beach. The cottage is set within secluded grounds and has its own heated swimming pool.
No Pets are permitted at this property.

The property comprises on the ground floor:-

• Entrance Hall
• Lounge with open fire, flat screen TV, Sky, DVD player
• Dining Room
• Kitchen with Ceramic Electric Cooker which has 6 hob rings, warming plate, grill and 2 ovens
• Utility Room with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier
• Cloakroom
• Bedroom with double bed and en suite full bathroom.
• Conservatory.

First floor comprises:-

• Bedroom with King Size bed, flat screen TV and Sky
• Bedroom with twin beds
• Family Bathroom

Grounds:-

• Heated Swimming pool with small water slide. The pool has an automatic cover which safeguards the pool area when pool not in use (Pool is serviced on Fridays)
• Patio with table and chairs and barbeque
• Garage room has a pool table
• Drive is enclosed by full height gates and can accommodate 2-3 cars, additional parking outside the property if required
