A beautiful detached family home with has been lovingly equipped with everything the modern family would expect. The house is situated on a private estate and enjoys a quiet peaceful location and looks out onto open fields. It is within walking/cycling distance of West Wittering beach and the local shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Available for six weeks during the school summer holiday period.

The ground floor accommodation is very spacious and comprises entrance porch leading to large entrance hall from which the following are accessed:

Kitchen Area: fully fitted units, breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large range cooker with two double ovens, separate grill and 5 ring gas hob with doors opening into garden
Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer.
Children’s’ play room/5th bedroom: with L shaped sofa that converts to a super king size bed
Shower room: with walk in shower cubicle, sink and wc

Bedroom 1: with super king size 6’ bed and en suite bath and shower over, sink and WC
Bedroom’s 2, 3 and 4: all are twin bedded rooms comprising single bed and second bed fitted under which extends to same height and can be put together to form a double
