Booking Conditions

Bookings:

Can be made on line via our website www.holidaylettingswitterings.com , by e mail spmholidays@yahoo.co.uk or by telephone (01243) 672037, up to twelve months in advance. Our office opening hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, if you ring outside of these times you may leave a message on our answering machine and we will return your call as soon as possible

When a reservation is made, it will be confirmed by letter or e mail and a booking deposit requested. We will detail future payment dates and forward a holiday agreement for you to sign. On receipt of the booking deposit the reservation becomes a booking and is secure. If your booking is made in the year preceeding the holiday date the agreement will not be sent out to you until November/December. The holiday agreement will also be signed by the owner of the property and held at our offices. The cost of the agreement is included within the total charged

Payments:

  • A Booking Deposit of £100 is payable on all advance bookings
  • A first payment equivalent to 25% of the holiday cost will be due in January or at time of booking for later bookings
  • The final payment is due eight weeks prior to the holiday date
  • Bookings made eight weeks or less before arrival date will require the full payment to be made at time of booking
  • Last minute bookings, less than 7 working days, require payment on arrival in CASH
  • Advance payments can be made by cheque or direct banking transfer
Cancellations:
  • Eight weeks before the holiday will result in the deposit and first payment being retained
  • Less than eight weeks before the holiday date will result in the full cost being retained
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover for such an eventuality

Arrivals:

  • A security deposit of £100 will be payable on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your holiday provided there are no breakages or damage
  • Changeover days are FRIDAYS
  • Wittering Holidays: Keys can be collected from our address from 3pm to 7pm. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late so that special arrangements can be made for you, there is an additional charge for this service
  • Selsey Holidays: Keys can be collected from 4pm to 7pm
Departures:
  • Wittering Holidays Keys must be returned by 11am on the day of departure to the collection point.
  • Selsey Holidays Keys must be returned by 12 noon.
