A well equipped detached family home available from May to August. The house is situated in a private road within easy walking distance of the beach, local shops and restaurants.

The ground floor accommodation is open plan and very spacious and comprises a large kitchen and dining room with adjoining family lounge and conservatory.. Ground floor WC. Stairs to first floor observatory/reading area with overhead and garden views. Landing leading to Bedroom 1 with a 5’ bed and walk in wardrobe, Bedroom 2 has a 4’6” bed, Bedroom 3 has two single beds and Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Family Bathroom with sink, W.C. and bath with shower over.

Large enclosed / private rear garden, enclosed front garden with double driveways and parking for 5-6 cars.

Kitchen has: larder fridge, larder freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, 4 ring gas hob and separate Wok burner. Lounge has: digital TV, DVD, Video and Wy Fi Internet connection. All beds have duvets. Washing machine is on the first floor. Engineered oak flooring throughout the ground floor and carpet in bedrooms. Gas central heating and under floor heating in the conservatory. The property is equipped as a family home and you will find it has many extra items not normally found in a holiday home.

Linen and Towels are not supplied but can be hired locally if required - please advise at time of booking.
