A charming cottage full of character and ideally situated for easy access to both the beach (50 yards) and the local shops in East Wittering.  The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard and boasts a rustic charm.

ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES:-

The spacious lounge has an open fireplace, leather sofas, large dining table and chairs.

Ground floor bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster.

Two first floor light and airy bedrooms, bedroom 1 with 5' bed and bedroom 2 with twin beds, all have duvets and pillows provided.

The ground floor has tiled flooring and the upstairs is carpeted.

Private garden mainly decked with outdoor furniture. Gas central heating, Washing Machine, TV, freeview and DVD and further TV's throughout the property.

There is parking close by, in The Shore car park for one vehicle and a permit will be issued on arrival for your car.
