One dog permitted by arrangement with office

A warm inviting modern ground floor apartment set within a small block of four, just across the road from the beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has co-ordinating furnishings and equipment. There is under floor heating in all rooms and broadband is provided. This apartment provides an ideal base for a seaside holiday and is within easy walking distance of the local restaurants, shops and amenities within the village


Hallway: with storage cupboards and hanging space, leading to:-

Lounge: with leather L shaped seating sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, and WiFi.Extending dining table with4 chairs

Bathroom: has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC

Kitchen: fully fitted units, electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle

Bedroom 1: with 5’ king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest, bedside units and lamps

Bedroom 2: with double sofa bed, small table and lamp

Under floor heating with control panels in each room

Laminate flooring throughout except for carpet in bedroom 1

There is parking available within the complex for one car.
There is also a garage available to store bikes and any surfing equipment.

Although there is an outside garden area for this apartment, it is not fully enclosed. There is a playing field adjacent to the complex, which permits dogs for exercising

Available for summer and winter holidays, weekend and mid week breaks and monthly lets outside of the holiday season
